We employed the services of The Griffin
Company following recommendation from a friend.
The project was very challenging, and
involved converting our cellar into a fully functioning
self contained flat.
We required the creation of a kitchen and bathroom where
none previously existed. The areas where the kitchen and
bathroom were to be sited were complicated by existing
services and pipe work. Drainage was a major
consideration as the cellar is below the level of the
sewage network.
We found Andy friendly and easy to work with, flexible,
and committed to the project.
This Project involved a large amount of plumbing,
electrical work, carpentry, plastering, tiling and
general decoration,
and I was glad that I was able to use The Griffin
Company for all of these services, instead of employing
lots of separate companies to perform these tasks.
The workmanship was to a very high standard and the
project was in budget, and we found we could trust
Andy to come up with solutions to all
the obstacles which presented themselves along the
way.
